How can Propseller offer premium services for half the standard commission?
Propseller's Real Estate Consultants are more efficient than the average agent because they are backed by technology and a team of specialists who handle complex tasks such as property valuation, listings marketing, enquiries and viewings management and professional photography. More efficiency leads to a lower overall cost, allowing us to pass on those savings to you by charging half the commission.
Do you really only charge 1% commission? What does it include? Are there any hidden fees?
