1. General
1.1. The Propseller Referral Programme runs indefinitely and has no fixed start or end date.
1.1.1. All referees introduced to Propseller while the programme is active will be considered part of the programme.
1.2. Propseller reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions of the referral programme without any prior notice.
1.3. Propseller reserves the right to suspend users or invalidate the user’s Propseller referral unique link if it comes to notice any activity that is believed to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of Propseller’s Terms of Use.
1.4. Propseller reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to modify or reject referrals at its sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
1.5. All referrals must be based in Singapore and all of the subsequent property transactions relating to the referral programme must comply with existing regulations as described by HDB and URA.
2. For Referrers
2.1. To be eligible to participate in the Propseller Referral Programme, you must:
(a) have signed an Agency Agreement with Propseller before, and
(b) have a registered account under the Propseller Referral Programme.
2.2. To obtain the referral reward, the person you referred must:
(a) not have been in communication with Propseller or its agents within the last 6 months, and
(b) be looking to sell their property, and
(c) not have been represented by Propseller or one of its agents before, and
(d) sign an Agency Agreement with Propseller to sell their property, and
(e) have their property listing published by Propsseller.
2.3. No reward will be given in the case where the person you referred does not lead to their property listing being published by Propseller.
2.4. You can only refer 10 people. For every successful person referred who has their property listing published by Propseller, you stand to gain $288 per person referred.
2.5. There will only be one referral reward paid per person referred.
2.6. You cannot refer yourself. You cannot refer other owners of a property whereby you are also an owner or an occupier.
2.7. The reward will be paid in cash via Bank Transfer.
2.8. The reward will be paid out to you within the next month following the collection of bank details.
3. For Referees
3.1. To be eligible to participate in the Propseller Referral Programme, you must:
(a) not have been in communication with Propseller or its agents within the last 6 months, and
(b) have submitted the referral form via your Referrer’s unique URL, or inform us of your Referrer’s name and phone number prior to arranging a meeting with our Real Estate Consultant (your Referrer must have a registered account under the Propseller Referral Programme), and
(c) be looking to sell your property, and
(d) not have received a discount through the Referral Programme before.
3.2. To obtain the discount on your transaction, you must
(a) sign an Agency Agreement with Propseller to sell your property, and
(b) complete a property transaction with Propseller Pte. Ltd as your estate agent.
3.3. The referral reward discount will only be given on the first property transaction completed.
Example Scenario 1: In January 2022 you appointed Propseller to sell your property for the first time. Propseller manages to sell your property in February 2022. This is considered the first property transaction, and is eligible for the discount. Subsequently in March 2022, you appoint Propseller to sell another property. Propseller manages to sell your property in April 2022. This is not considered the first property transaction, and is not eligible for the discount.
Example Scenario 2: In January 2022 you appointed Propseller to sell your property for the first time. Propseller did not manage to sell your property. Subsequently in March 2022, you appoint Propseller to sell either the same, or another property. Propseller manages to sell your property in April 2022. This is considered the first property transaction, and is eligible for the discount.
3.4. The discount will be applied on your final billing from Propseller.
3.5. You may also participate in the Propseller Referral Programme as a Referrer if you meet the Programme eligibility.
4. Internal
4.1. Propseller team members (excluding Real Estate Consultants) can also be Referrers.
4.2. The Referee must not be
(a) an existing Sales Qualified Lead contact on HubSpot,
(b) a current or former Propseller employee,
(c) or someone in the internal team.
4.3. Other terms and conditions stated in the general Terms and Conditions above also apply.
