Propseller is the “Modern Real Estate Agency that Stands by You”. Our mission is to help our clients achieve the most when making one of the biggest financial decisions of their life: selling, buying, or renting real estate. We do that by offering them the state-of-the-art real estate agent service of the 21st century: highly valuable, completely transparent, and fairly priced. A service that will, hopefully, make them love real estate agents (again).

At Propseller, we are building the first technology-powered real estate brokerage in South-East Asia. We elevate the most human part of the service with top agents you can trust. Then, we industrialize all the rest with technology and centralized operations. By rethinking the way properties are transacted, keeping what works, and changing what doesn’t, we are able to deliver more while charging less. In Singapore, where we currently operate, that means we sell homes 2 times faster for only 1% commission (vs. 2% standard), saving people S$10,000 per transaction on average.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and rigorous copywriter to help us scale our content strategy. Your main role will be to produce high-quality content on the Singapore real estate market, helping us increase our organic traffic. Based on skills, experience, and motivation, you could be involved in content planning, research and strategy as well. You’ll report to our Growth Product Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Content creation: Create articles, posts, and guides for the Propseller website based on identified topics (5 tips to sell your HDB, how rising interest rate impact the property market? ultimate to sell your condo, 10 myths about selling your condo…)
  • Research: market trends, hot topics, and given themes to highlight new content opportunities

Ideal candidate

You are a student with a background or interest in real estate, journalism or communication. You are curious about Singapore Real Estate Market and eager to learn more about it, and share your learnings. You are able to effectively get your point across in writing. Experience in SEO optimization is a plus.


  • Student currently enrolled in 1st to 5th year of university study.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Background in Journalism, English, Communications, Real Estate or related field.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Word or Google Docs.
  • Organized, fast, and accurate: you have meticulous attention to detail and know-how to review your work to produce quality and deliver fast.
  • Autonomous: you don’t need to have someone watching over your shoulder to get the job done.
  • Able to commit to at least 20 hours or 2 articles a week.
