This is my 3rd time engaging Propseller, Dave Teo, and I would say the experience was amazing and consistent for all 3 transactions. Thank you Propseller for providing such a wonderful platform. Dave Teo is very nice, professional and diligent in helping us in the sales of our property. The whole process was hassle free, and Dave Teo assisted in helping us through the whole journey. His response was also quick whenever there were updates or questions by us, he promptly replied. He sold our property within the first few appointments, and with a record price. Chosen Propseller with a leap of faith. Drop an enquiry via their website and the customer service admin called back within an hour. Upon understand your needs and property detail, the admin recommended agent Mr. Dave Teo to us. Met up with Dave and he has patiently explained the step by step procedure to us. We like the transparency, openness and sharing by Dave which lead us eventually choose Propseller and Dave to represent us for selling our HDB flat. The photoshoot and 360 degree video was arranged quickly then we decided the marketing start date and selling price with the advice from Propseller team.
