Do you really only charge 1% commission? What does it include? Are there any hidden fees?
We provide a full service with a dedicated agent to assist you from start to end. Valuation, photography, viewings, negotiation, paperwork, etc. We handle everything for you to achieve the best result
Commission is charged at 1%, with a minimum of $5,000. For private property transactions closing with a co-broker, 1.75% commission applies. You are free to accept co-broke offers or not.
