Role Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, target-oriented Sales Business Analyst Intern to help accelerate our growth.

As a Sales Business Analyst Intern, you will be helping the Sales Management Team to train & develop our Real Estate Consultants team by using analytics and drawing insights of sales performance. Our Real Estate Consultants are at the heart of our business. Supported by state-of-the-art technological tools, they give top-rated service to our clients, while closing 7.5x more transactions than the average property agent in Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze best business practices on training property agents
  • Review current in-house training methodologies and propose enhancements
  • Revamp training program for new Real Estate Consultants, working closely with our most experienced RECs, sales management and KEO
  • Create a continuous training curriculum (on-demand, with external training companies etc.)
  • Further develop our industry-leading Propseller Academy and knowledge repository to increase Real Estate Consultants’ effectiveness
  • Help coordinate conversations between Sales and Ops departments
  • Support in arranging and coordinating interviews for Outside Sales
  • Help organize Sales events logistics
  • Help prepare data for weekly sales meeting
  • Validate agency agreements


  • Student at a leading university/school in the final year of studies in Business or Real Estate who has demonstrated outstanding achievements in academia and beyond
  • Previous internship in management consulting firms or start-ups would be ideal
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Passionate about sales, start-ups and helping a team to elevate sales performance
  • Achiever: you want to change the world and you find pleasure in achieving change, not in dreaming it
  • Quick Learner: it is ok to not know everything but you are able to figure out what you miss and learn it quickly
  • Can-do mentality: you like to execute by yourself the projects you work on, you are not afraid to do operational tasks, and have the ability to deliver quickly and efficiently without mistakes
  • Empathy: have a great ability to understand and embrace people’s differences and act accordingly
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Docs, especially with Excel / Sheets
