Role Description

We are looking for a self-starter, young, highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth. The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact with clients to introduction to a Real Estate Agent. You will also collaborate on the rest of the sales process with Real Estate Agents until the deal is closed. You will be responsible to generate your own leads on top of handling those coming directly to our website. You will consult and advise clients about their sale/lease (one of the most important financial decision of a lifetime), assist them in selecting their perfect Real Estate Agent and follow up with both the clients and agents until they end up closing the deal.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the pre-sales process and collaborate with Real Estate Consultants (Agents) in the entire sales process
  • Handle 50+ daily incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients
  • Provide thorough advises about the market, regulations, and transaction’s steps, and introduce the services of Propseller
  • Qualify leads and organizes meetings for our Real Estate Consultants (Agents)
  • Manage a pipeline of 200+ deals and follow-up with them to ensure that transactions ultimately close
  • Perform online research to produce reports helping guide the Real Estate Consultants (Agents)
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Represent Propseller with top-level professionalism
  • Drive Propseller revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor degree + at least 1 year experience in sales, support, customer service, hospitality or real estate OR
    • Polytechnic diploma + at least 3 years experience in sales, support, customer service, hospitality or real estate
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Visa status: Singaporean or Singapore PR (is required to pass RES license)
  • Other
    • Exceptional poise and presence on the phone
    • The drive to maintain 50+ calls per day
    • Multitasking, structured, autonomous, self-starter, tech-savvy
    • Flexibility to contribute to our effort to be open 7/7, 9 to 9
    • Nice to Have (not required): Real Estate experience/license & car/motorbike license.

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 base salary depending on profile + uncapped commissions + stock options.
