Decided on Propseller after some research. Was attracted by their low agent fee and their team mechanism. Warren, the agent, was assigned to sell my place. And he is backed up by a team of ops and management people, and the whole process was smooth and efficient, and productive. Warren’s experience was helpful in bringing potential buyers’ viewing and responding to their queries and expectations. He is also diligent in preparing himself to sell my unit.
